What is inside

Nine games. One app.

Every mode shares the same wallet, the same lives and the same ten-level ladder — so progress in one place still feels like progress everywhere.

New

Picture Words

Real photographs hide a word. Drag letters across the grid to find every answer — four wrong drags cost a life.

Word Puzzle

Group sixteen words into four hidden quartets. The connections are never quite where you look first.

Flags

Guess the country from its flag, from the obvious ones to the ones that end friendships.

Capitals

Name the capital. A world tour in multiple-choice form, sorted from easy to brutal.

History

Questions from world history across ten levels — from Novice all the way to Genius.

Science

Physics, biology, chemistry and space, one question at a time. Climb from Observer to Professor.

Math

Arithmetic, logic and number puzzles — with a 50/50 hint for when the clock is winning.

Solo Quiz

A 20-question run across six categories: geography, science & math, history, sports, entertainment and a mixed challenge.

Online

Sift Party

Live rooms with a share code. Up to 20 players answer together, bet points blind, and the host judges.

Online with friends

Sift Party: one code, one room, twenty brains.

Create a room, share the four-letter code, and everyone plays the same question at the same time — on the sofa or across the world.

  • Blind bets. Answer and stake points before the timer runs out — each point value can only be used once.
  • The host judges. Typed answers, marked right or wrong by a real person, so near-misses and spellings are settled fairly.
  • Seven categories. General culture, history, science, math, physics, football or a mixed round.
  • Drop-in friendly. If the host leaves, someone else takes over — the party keeps going.

How it plays

Built to be picked up for two minutes — or two hours.

One wallet, one pool of lives and one climb, shared by every mode. Answer well and the ladder moves; answer badly and you keep the progress you earned.

Plays offline

Question banks ship with the app, so a plane, a metro or a dead signal is not the end of the run.

Coins & hints

Earn coins for every correct answer and spend them on hints when a question refuses to give up.

Lives that refill

Mistakes cost a life from a shared pool that recharges over time — never a paywall in the middle of a level.

Resume mid-level

Close the app on question seven of ten and it opens right back on question seven.

Ten-level ladders

Each mode is a climb with its own title at every rung, and a hidden ending for whoever finishes it.

No account needed

Open the app and play. Progress lives on your device — no sign-up, no forms, no waiting.

Five languages

Plays in your language — right to left included.

Sift ships in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic. Every mode has its own question bank per language, and Arabic runs in full right-to-left layout — not a mirrored afterthought.

  • Native banks. Questions are written per language, not machine-translated from one master list.
  • Per-language progress. Switch language and your ladder for that language is waiting where you left it.
  • Proper RTL. Arabic mirrors the whole interface, while math keeps its numbers the right way round.
Questions

Good to know

Is Sift free?

Yes. Sift is free to download on Google Play and the App Store. Coins are earned by playing, and optional rewarded videos can top them up — nothing is required to keep playing.

Do I need an internet connection?

Only for Sift Party, which is live multiplayer. Every solo mode ships its questions with the app, so you can play on a plane or with no signal at all.

How many people can join a party room?

Up to 20 players per room. The host creates the room, shares the four-letter code, and everyone answers the same question at the same time.

Which languages are supported?

English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic, with full right-to-left layout for Arabic. You pick your language the first time you open the app and can change it any time in Settings.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-up: progress, coins and lives are stored on your device.

Is it suitable for kids?

The questions are general-knowledge trivia and word games with no violent or adult content, which makes it a comfortable family game — though younger players will find the higher levels genuinely hard.
